Rhonda has significant startup, growth management and entrepreneurial experience. She has been instrumental in helping to successfully launch several companies, Time to Renew, Inc., iWeave and most recently as Vice-President of Sales. Rhonda brings an exceptional record of achievement in the management of corporate sales, business development, learning and development, marketing, and operations. With a consistent history of producing dramatic increases in sales, revenue and profitability, Rhonda excels at expanding market penetration, controlling costs, and improving efficiency.
Rhonda is a Chicago native. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Florida A&M University and later earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Pennsylvania State University. In her downtime, Rhonda LOVES her Peloton, reading, traveling, yoga, finding great new restaurants and good glass of red wine. Her mother always told her, “You don’t let grass grow under your feet!” referring to her “on-the-go” life. Catch her, if you can, on the Peloton leader board!
LaKesha Gage-Woodard

LaKesha is a woman who strives for superlatives in everything she does -- most profitable, fastest growth, highest performance, most inspiring, strongest ROI, to name a few. And she pulls it off through exceptional planning and strategy, meticulous execution and a laser-focus on customer engagement and client satisfaction. Her career was built leading strong brands at top companies like Leo Burnett, S.C. Johnson Wax, General Mills, Rand McNally and GBG Group, Inc. A few key areas of expertise include: business development, strategic marketing, digital marketing, brand management, marketing analytics, direct sales, operations management, nonprofit marketing, media buying and planning, project management and contract negotiations.
LaKesha is a Chicago native. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Media Arts/Journalism from Clark Atlanta University and later returned to secure an MBA in Marketing. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and enjoying life’s simple joys. Self care, fresh flowers, a good meal and quality experiences with family, friends and laughter make her heart smile.
Sherry D. Fields
Chief Operating Officer
Sherry found her calling in the direct selling industry, where she quickly established herself as a million-dollar income earner in the industry. Sherry's passion for helping others succeed led to the founding of Putting Dreams Into Action Incorporated (PDIA, Inc.), where she focused on supporting people and helping them turn their dreams into reality through strategic planning and focused action. As CEO of PDIA, she served as a change agent, building a platform of action and positive thoughts that elevated individuals physically, mentally and financially. Most recently, Sherry served as the Vice President of Sales for Sheago Cosmetics where she managed the successful transition of the company from a retail model to direct selling. Sherry is accomplished at strategic planning, business development, operations management, direct selling, pricing strategy and leadership development.
A native of Stamford, Connecticut, Sherry graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and received her MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Sherry is an amazing cook! Outside the kitchen, she enjoys the outdoors—usually walking 4+ miles per day, traveling and a great glass of champagne!
